We help protect our natural world through enhancing wildlife enforcement systems, conservation efforts and animal welfare.
Nature Vanguards is a web and app-based digital ecosystem connecting the public to conservation and animal welfare organisations and projects at the frontlines of protecting our natural world.
By becoming a “nature vanguard,” users support conservation and animal welfare projects globally through their subscription and become advocates for positive and meaningful change. Subscribers will receive updates and news about projects supported by Nature Vanguards, and will have the opportunity to access additional educational material and training resources depending on their level of interest and subscription.
Poacher Alert is a web and app-based solution to connect, inform and support all stakeholders involved in anti-poaching initiatives.
As a communications and data-sharing hub, it allows users to report suspected incidents of poaching, the data of which is shared with relevant enforcement agencies to improve enforcement. Poacher Alert also provides information and other solutions, including “watch groups” which can be created and joined to improve local monitoring and protection of beloved species.
We provide training to enforcement agencies globally on different aspects of wildlife protection to enhance their ability to recognise, apprehend and prosecute those involved in wildlife crimes such as trafficking and poaching.
We are currently working with the UK’s National Wildlife Crime Unit, providing training on areas such as the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES), the UK’s Angling Trust on Fisheries National Enforcement Training, and have previously trained the Royal Barbados Police Service and the Defence Force on wildlife crime enforcement.
